【摘要】 以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MAC)为单体合成了MA/AA/MAC三元共聚物阻垢剂。探讨了合成条件对共聚物阻垢效果的影响。实验结果表明,当n(MA)∶n(AA)∶n(MAC)=1.0∶0.4∶0.6,引发剂质量分数为单体总量的10%,反应温度控制在85℃,反应时间为4h时,合成的共聚物阻垢性能最佳,对硫酸钡的阻垢率可达到96.7%。
【英文摘要】 A scale inhibitor,MA/AA/MAC tercopolymer,was synthesized from maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA),methyl acrylate(MAC) using water as solvent,ammonium persulfate as initiator.The effects of reaction conditions on scal inhibition performance of the copolymer were investigated.The test results showed that the MA/AA/MAC terpolymer had good scale inhibition performance and the scale inhibition efficiency of the copolymer for BaSO4 was up to 96.7% when the reacting conditions were as follows:n(MA)∶n(AA)∶n(MAC)...
