【摘要】 选择粒度为0.5~1.5mm的天然沸石经10%HCl溶液处理后,用42%Al(OH)3胶体乳液浸渍(沸石∶Al(OH)3∶水的质量比4∶1∶1.5)改性,500℃焙烧4h。用改性沸石与污水接触2h后,石油污水中COD的去除率达到87.5%,COD值降到100mg.L-1以下。采用Fenton试剂对使用后的改性沸石进行再生,处理污水的效果与新鲜剂相当。
【英文摘要】 The treatment of petroleum wastewater by adsorption method with aluminum natural zeolite was studied.The results showed that the removal ratio of COD reached 87.5% and the COD value decreased to below 100 mg·L-1 using modified zeolites which contacted with petroleum wastewater for 2 hours.The modified zeolites with size of 0.5~1.5mm were prepared with 42% Al(OH)3 gel (mass ratio of zeolite,Al(OH)3 to H2O 4∶1∶1.5) after preimpregnation with 10% HCl solution,and baking at 500 ℃ for 4 hours.The modified zeolit...
