【摘要】 为解决水处理系统中水泵电耗高、能源浪费严重的问题,提出了一种基于DSP(数字信号处理器)闭环调节的内反馈斩波调速改造方案。该方案采用转速及电流双环调节控制,由绕线式内反馈调速电机及调速装置组成,具有斩波电路简单可靠、系统性能稳定、控制精度高且投资节省的优点。该调速系统自投运以来,水泵电耗明显减少,节能效果显著,达到了降本增效的目的。
