【摘要】 随着汝箕沟矿综采设备的投入生产,原煤中的煤泥含量将加大。同时,洗煤厂的入洗量也逐年增加。西大滩洗煤厂原有的煤泥处理系统已达不到生产要求,为此,选用了处理能力大、效率高、效果好,并采用多项最新专利的KM-250/1600型隔膜式压滤机。论文介绍了该设备的工作原理,探讨了设备运行中存在的主要问题及解决对策,分析了使用该设备的经济及社会效益。
【英文摘要】 With application of comprehensive excavating coal equipment in Ruqigou Coal Mine and the increasing treatment capacity of Xidatan Coal Preparation Plant by year,the original treatment system of slime water is insufficient to meet demand.The KM-250/1600 quick membrane pressure filter with great treatment capacity,high efficiency,good result and several latest patents are used.The basic principles of the equipment are introduced,and the key problems produced in usable condition and countermeasures are discuss...
