【摘要】 设计了一种交流电机控制系统用于水处理过程控制,采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407配合复杂可编程器件EPM7256E构成主控系统,并对驱动模块进行设计。采用磁场定向矢量控制方法对系统内的交流电动机进行实时控制与调速,在实现水处理过程控制中取得了很好的效果。
【英文摘要】 A control system of AC-motor used in the water processing control is designed.The digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320LF2407 and the complex programmable logic device(CPLD) EPM7256E are used as the main control system and the drive module is also designed.In the process of the motor's controlling and timing,the field-oriented control(FOC) arithmetic is applied.It shows a good performance in the water processing.
