【摘要】 聚氯乙烯生产过程中聚合干燥工艺排放的母液水,水质成分复杂,用生化处理后,再用双膜处理对其进行回用。实验结果表明生化处理加双膜处理方法对PVC母液水的处理效果明显,再生水水质达到预期目标后,回用于工艺生产用水补水,具有显著的环境和经济效益。
【英文摘要】 Compositions of mother liquid from polymerization and drying procedure in PVC production are complex.The mother liquid is recycled with the biochemical and double-film treatment.The effect on PVC mother liquid is obvious with biochemical and double-film treatment.The quality of reclaimed water meets the expecting target.Environment and economic profits are got with the reuse water for process production.
