针对南海西部W12-1油田生产水处理系统严重结垢影响生产的实际问题,在现场调查和实验分析的基础上,对结垢的原因和机理进行了分析研究。结果表明污垢的主要成分为钙和镁的碳酸盐,其中主要是碳酸钙。结垢的原因是由于油田生产水中的可溶性碳酸氢盐(钙盐、镁盐)在加热或压力降低的条件下发生分解,生成不溶性的碳酸盐沉淀,结晶生长成坚硬的水垢附着在管道及阀门内壁,从而影响生产。根据结垢特点和实际经验提出了相应对策。
