【摘要】 基于热轧水处理工艺流程特点,结合PCS7系统性能特点,从系统结构、软硬件配置和实现功能几方面阐述了自动控制系统的设计与实现,并着重论证了系统中的高压水泵自动控制,指出自动控制系统应是紧密结合工艺,集控制功能、管理功能和数据处理功能于一体的系统。
【英文摘要】 The paper introduces designed and realization of automation control system from several sides in construction of system,configuration of software and hardware,realization function.It demonstrates high pressure pump automation control among system.It pointes out the automation control system is a system in which the functions of control,management and data treatment are integrated.
