【摘要】 为了去除超滤装置运行过程中膜筒内沉积的污染物,必须对超滤装置进行化学清洗。根据粤泷发电有限责任公司超滤装置的流程、运行情况、水质特点,结合实际清洗经验提出清洗药剂、清洗周期的确定方法,并给出了清洗工艺和注意事项。
【英文摘要】 In order to eliminate the pollutants deposited on the membrane tubes,a chemical cleaning of the ultrafilter should be carried out.Based on technological process,operation situation,and water quality features of the ultrafilters installed in Yuelong Power Generation Co Ltd,combining with practical experience obtained in chemical cleaning.the method for determining the cleaning medicaments and the cleaning cycle duration have been put forward,and the cleaning technology and points for attention being given.
