【摘要】 研究了活性硅酸硫酸铝的制备及其在污水处理中的应用,比较了不同硅铝质量比对有色金属离子的脱色率和去浊率的影响,考察了样品对某化工企业污水处理pH值的使用范围。结果表明,硅铝质量比为1∶1、pH值为4~6时,产品性能较好,且处理的污水为弱酸性或中性;产品投加量在200 mg/L时效果比较好。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,the preparation of polymeric silicate aluminum sulfate flocculants and the application in wastewater treatment were studied.The effect of different Si/Al molar ratio was compared and the pH range of this sample in some chemical factory was examined.The results show that the products has good performance when the Si/Al ratio is 1∶1 and the pH value of the sodium silicate is 4～6.The treatment of wastewater has a good effect when the addition is 200 mg/L.
